We’re growing and looking for playful, high-energy Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping kids learn and grow through fun, engaging therapy. Success On The Spectrum Brownsville's mission is simple: to provide top-quality ABA care to families in the Brownsville and surrounding areas.

Quality & Safety Above All:

We prioritize the highest standards of care and professionalism. Regardless of prior experience, every RBT undergoes thorough training with our clinic's BCBA. Before being assigned to a client, RBTs must complete a competency assessment that aligns with Success on the Spectrum (SOS) standards. Additionally, continuous oversight and support from a supervising BCBA ensures ongoing development and the best outcomes for our clients.

ABOUT Success On The Spectrum:

Success On The Spectrum is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment network in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. Unlike corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, with a commitment to quality care over profits. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

WHY RBT'S LOVE WORKING WITH US:

Consistent Pay:

Most RBTs at SOS work full-time 30-40 hours per week.
Rotate clients to avoid burnout.

True Work-Life Balance:

Work in the center Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM.
Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes.
10 days paid time off -because you deserve it!
10 days paid holidays.
Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off.

Training and Support:

SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs.
BCBAs work within the center and support you in-person.
Company paid BLS / CPR certification.
Company paid QBS Safety Care certification.

Career Growth:

RBTs receive performance reviews every six months, with opportunities for promotion through structured levels—Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Trainer.
Trainers are given first consideration for advancement into Office Manager roles as the company expands. We also proudly support those pursuing a career as a BCBA.
Through national partnerships with accredited universities, SOS employees receive discounted college tuition and free practicum supervision, making the path to becoming a BCBA more accessible and affordable.
